Job Description

Manage reception desk, telephone handling, visitor management, inward/outward courier handling, and hospitality.

Maintain office consumables, business cards, ID cards, printing coordination, and upkeep of admin areas.

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness & maintenance of the premises, including designing of duty charts and supervision of Housekeeping staff.

Handle travel bookings (domestic & international), flights, hotels, cab logistics.

Maintain travel & expense reports and ensure cost-effective arrangements.

Attendance & Leave Management for WC, Contract BC

Supports employee engagement activities

Supports to Sales team via following-up with customers for overdue payments

Schedule weekly meetings to update on overdue status to Sales & Finance team.

Tracking credit days and collection schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
