Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Associate located in Pune. The Front Desk Associate will handle reception duties, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing appointment schedules. Responsibilities also include providing exemplary customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area, and performing basic administrative tasks. The Front Desk Associate will support various departments with clerical tasks as needed and ensure smooth daily operation at the front desk.

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management is a plus
