Job Title: Front Desk Associate Location: Sheraton Hotel – [Insert City/Branch] Department: Front Office Reports To: Front Office Manager Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time] Job Summary: Sheraton Hotels is seeking a courteous, professional, and service-driven Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our property. This role is critical in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out by delivering personalized service, efficiently handling requests, and upholding our brand’s hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System). Address guest inquiries, provide accurate information, and promote hotel services and local attractions. Resolve guest concerns or escalate them promptly to the appropriate department. Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations both in person and over the phone. Manage room keys, payments, billing, and daily reports accurately. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and bell desk for seamless guest service. Maintain a neat, organized, and inviting front desk area. Follow all brand standards, safety protocols, and grooming guidelines. Requirements: Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred. Familiarity with hotel booking systems such as Opera or similar PMS is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first attitude. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. #IHM #IHMPUSA
