Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Assistant located in Preet Vihar. The Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, managing administrative tasks, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
