Front Desk Assistant

As a Telephone Operator at our company, your role will involve answering incoming calls, taking messages, and forwarding calls as necessary. You should be soft-spoken, polite, young, smart, and presentable. Fluency in English and good communication skills are essential. Additionally, you should be familiar with operating EPBX or other telephone systems. A graduate degree and 1-2 years of experience in a similar field are required for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain calendars - Greet customers, clients, and visitors - Check in visitors and direct them to their destinations - Inform employees of visitor arrivals or cancellations - Enter customer information into the organization's database - Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Fluency in English and good communication skills - Proficiency in operating EPBX or other telephone systems In addition to the above duties, we offer a competitive salary, a friendly work environment, and excellent career progression and growth opportunities.
