Job description
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Office Administrator to manage our reception area and support daily administrative tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Note:- This is a 6-day on-site job with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming attitude.
- Answer direct phone calls and manage email correspondence.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room usage.
- Arrange travel accommodations and bookings for the management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure all front-desk activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage communications with shipping partners for timely deliveries.
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, and the sales team to streamline processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the showroom/display area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role or administrative position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
