Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Accounts Executive to manage daily operations across leading e-commerce/quick commerce platforms like Amazon (Seller Central & Vendor Central), Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Firstcry, Zepto, S.instamart, Blinkit and others. The candidate will be responsible for account reconciliation, returns management, payment tracking, and coordination with logistics and payment partners. A strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Busy and Tally is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations:
-Manage seller/vendor accounts on platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart, Myntra, Firstcry, Zepto, etc.-Monitor and reconcile order invoices, returns, claims, and chargebacks.-Handle stock transfer notes (STNs), purchase orders (POs), and billing entries.-Prepare and verify e-commerce payment reconciliations from marketplaces and payment gateways.

Payment & Reconciliation:
-Reconcile payments from logistics and delivery partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc.-Reconcile online payments from Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.-Identify and resolve discrepancies between delivered orders and received payments.-Maintain detailed records for all transactions, claims, and settlement summaries.

Accounting & Software Usage:
-Work on accounting software like Tally, Busy for invoicing, ledger entries, and GST reports.-Generate online invoices for B2B/B2C transactions and ensure timely billing.-Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or related field.-2–5 years of experience in e-commerce accounting/reconciliation.-Proficiency in Tally, Busy Accounting Software, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).-Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.-Good understanding of GST, e-way bills, and invoice generation.-Strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Yearly bonus

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
