Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth flow of communication between departments.
  • Handle guest relations by providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as email handling, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for efficient data management.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the facility functions
  • Provide data Compilation support to the facility manager. (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report)
  • Calendar management and arranging meetings
  • Conducting facility round with the housekeeping and the technical team to ensure the closure of the open points on priority.
  • Ensuring the upkeep of the entire facility.
  • Meetings with vendors for timely services.
