What you will do:
1️ Patient Relations: Receiving patients, handling registrations, and attending phone calls.
2️ Operations: Managing payment collection and maintaining basic records in Excel.
3️ Coordination: Ensuring a smooth flow for patients and doctors.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in Tamil & English is mandatory.
Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and great phone etiquette.
Personality: Welcoming, organized, and patient-centric.
