Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support the HR and recruitment team in day-to-day coordination activities
Collaborate on process improvement and documentation initiatives
Conduct research on HR-related topics and latest industry trends
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, reports, and HR knowledge summaries
Assist in developing and executing employee engagement initiatives
Collect and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to assess engagement levels
Support employer branding activities posting jobs on portals, Naukri, and social media
Coordinate candidate communication and help with interview scheduling
Maintain HR data and prepare regular tracking reports
