Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fresher in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.
Basic knowledge of hotel management principles and practices is preferred.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
