Key Responsibilities:

As a Fresher Company Secretary, you will be involved in:

1. Incorporation of various types of companies and LLPs, including Wholly Owned Subsidiaries.
2. Preparing and filing ROC forms such as MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, INC-22, PAS-3, etc
3. Handling company conversions (Public to Private and vice versa) and share capital modifications.
4. Drafting and reviewing Board Reports, Notices, Resolutions, and Agreements.
5. Conducting Secretarial Audits, preparing Due Diligence Reports and Search Reports.
6. Facilitating Strike-off applications for companies and LLPs.
7. Preparing and filing Charge creation, modification, and satisfaction forms.
8. Managing XBRL conversion of financial statements.
9. Ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and FEMA.
10. Assisting in Trademark filings, drafting replies to objections, and coordinating for hearings.
11. Maintaining statutory registers and ensuring timely annual filings for companies and LLPs.

Candidate Profile:

1. Qualification: Company Secretary (CS) from ICSI (recently qualified).
2. Experience: Approx. 2 years of internship experience in a PCS firm preferred.
3. Strong understanding of Company Law, ROC filings, and Corporate Compliances.
4. Good command over drafting, communication, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
7. Must be willing to work full-time from Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.
8. Immediate joiners or candidates willing to relocate will be preferred.
