Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in any organization

• Tendering or Administrative experience preferred

  Ajmer, Kishangarh, Jaipur, Beawar, Nasirabad, Pushkar

   preferred

Job Responsibilities:

A. Tender Related Activities

• Daily tender search on GeM, e-Procurement, Ariba & other portals
• 
  
• Reading, understanding, and preparing tender summaries
• 
  
• Presenting tender summaries to internal stakeholders
• 
  
• Preparing queries in coordination with sales team & timely submission
• 
  
• Preparing tender documents and ensuring on-time submission
• 
  
• Daily updating of tender tracking sheets

B. OEM Related Activities

• OEM searching and tracking for products/projects/tenders
• 
  
• Presenting suitable OEMs to reporting authority / management
• 
  
• Daily updating of OEM tracking sheets
• 
  
• Any other task assigned by the reporting manager
