Delivery management or program management or project management experience, including managing teams at all project phases, successful client relationship management and multi-project oversight would be a plus. Deep understanding of the full sourcing lifecycle and IT contract terminology. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders. Additionally, must demonstrate strong cultural alignment and the ability to engage with diverse global client stakeholders. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is a must.
