The focus will be to prepare students to write French language exams (TEF/TCF preparation), train them for conversational fluency, and customized programs for healthcare professionals. This is a fully remote, night-shift role ideal for a passionate language educator who can work with students across time zones and is familiar with the Canadian immigration and education context. KRAs: Conduct one-on-one and small group online French classes via Education portal. Prepare students for TEF/TCF Canada exams and French language requirements for Canadian immigration programs. Customize lesson plans to meet the needs of adult learners, healthcare professionals, and college students. Track progress, provide regular feedback, and maintain student learning records. Collaborate with our team to improve content quality and delivery. Requirements: Minimum bachelors degree or two years Diploma (French language or equivalent preferred). Certified in DELF/DALF or TEF/TCF preparation experience. Excellent communication skills in French, English and Hindi. Prior experience in online tutoring or teaching adults preferred. Ability to teach during night hours (Indian Time). Stable internet connection and quiet teaching environment. Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, or Moodle. Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching students for immigration-focused French exams (TEF/TCF Canada). Understanding of Canadian immigration pathways where French is an asset. Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (INR 300 to INR 600/hour depending on experience and qualifications). Salary ranging between INR 55,000 to 70,000. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Eligibility and Verification Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a night shift. Key Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely verification of patient insurance eligibility and benefits. Contact insurance companies via phone or portal to confirm active coverage, co-pays, deductibles, prior authorization requirements, and plan limitations. Communicate verification outcomes to scheduling, billing, and front desk teams. Document all verification results clearly and precisely in the system. Follow up on any incomplete or unclear insurance details with patients or insurers. Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling all patient and insurance information. Collaborate with team members to improve verification accuracy and efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in insurance eligibility and verification and revenue cycle management in a healthcare setting (US healthcare). Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be fluent and confident in English. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the Night Shift. Must be willing to commute on their own as no transport facility and meal facility is provided . Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. Experience with EMR/EHR systems and insurance portals is preferred.
