Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients in the DACH and Francophone markets. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling for lead generation, client reactivation, and account management. You will ensure exceptional client experiences while contributing to the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, reactivate dormant clients, and manage accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for DACH and Francophone clients. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, accounts) to ensure timely order deliveries and resolution of client issues. Experience: 510 years in B2B client servicing or key account management. Languages: Fluent in German, French, and English (written & spoken). Strong French proficiency is a must for the Noida client management role. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong outbound calling and lead generation abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Team leadership and account management experience for the Noida client management role.
