Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Sales professional, located in Chennai. The Freight Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and conducting training sessions. The individual will also work closely with the sales management team to provide seamless logistics solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Experience in Sales Management and conducting Training sessions
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Must have experience in the logistics industry for minimum 1 to 2 years
