Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Freight Broker will be responsible for arranging transportation services, negotiating terms with carriers, managing accounts, and ensuring timely dispatching of shipments. They will also provide excellent customer service, maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Customer Service and Account Management proficiency
• Experience in Dispatching activities
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
