Company Description Pradel Logistics is a fully automated 3PL transportation company operating across the US and Canada. With a dedicated team of preferred carriers and its own fleet, Pradel Logistics specializes in handling time-critical shipments with guaranteed pickup and delivery. Integrity and respect are the core values that drive every interaction with clients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Pradel Logistics located in Gurugram. The Freight Broker will be responsible for brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and account management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Customer Service and Account Management skills Experience in dispatching Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics processes Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field Show more Show less
