Working Days: 5 Days / Week

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Freight Broker who understands the US logistics market.
Your role will revolve around sourcing loads, negotiating rates, and building profitable relationships with shippers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining to identify potential shippers and load opportunities.
• Call shippers to generate leads and secure regular loads.
• Negotiate pricing to maximize margins while maintaining strong client relations.
• Ensure proper coordination with carriers and maintain smooth load movement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of repeat business by delivering excellent service.
• Maintain daily records and update CRM/tools as required.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of mandatory experience in US Logistics / Freight Brokering.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work comfortably in a night shift environment.
• Strong analytical approach and problem-solving ability.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
