🚛 Job Title:Freight Broker (US Logistics) – Night Shift

One side Cab Facility 

📍 Location:Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)

💰 Compensation: upto 40% Incentive 

🕐 Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

About the Role:

We are looking for experienced Freight Brokers with a strong background in the US logistics and trucking industry. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of proven experience in freight brokerage — handling carrier and customer relations, negotiating rates, and managing loads from start to finish.

This role is offering upto 40% commissionon profits generated.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers in the US market.

* Negotiate rates and ensure profitable load movement.

* Manage full-cycle freight operations – from booking loads to delivery.

* Coordinate with dispatch, accounting, and tracking teams for smooth operations.

* Achieve monthly targets and maintain consistent load volume.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Freight Broker (US logistics only).

* Strong knowledge of load boards, carrier networks, and US geography.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Ability to work independently and close deals under pressure.

* Strictly for candidates with freight brokerage background— no other sales experience will be accepted.

* Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).

* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
