Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (Based on Communication & Performance)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers who are interested in starting their career in the Logistics. The role involves coordinating with clients, tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth operations between shippers and carriers. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating shipments between shippers and carriers.
• Maintain communication with clients and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track and update shipment status in internal systems.
• Handle basic documentation and data entry related to shipments.
• Provide excellent customer service through calls and emails.
• Support the logistics team in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
