Job Description

We are currently looking for a Freight Broker with 1 year of experience to join our logistics and transportation team. This role involves coordinating freight shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, sourcing reliable transportation partners, and ensuring smooth end-to-end movement of goods. Along with excellent multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach, the candidate should also have knowledge of freight operations and the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers..

Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates with trusted carriers and transportation partners.
Manage freight operations including load booking, dispatching, tracking, and load documentation.
Monitor freight movement and provide regular updates to clients regarding delivery status.
Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or route changes by coordinating with carriers and customers.
