Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Create, plan, and schedule engaging and original content (posts, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).

• Monitor daily activity, respond to comments and DMs, and build an active online community.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.

• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

• Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activity, and algorithm changes.

• Handle influencer collaborations and brand partnerships effectively.

• Protect and enhance the company’s online reputation through proactive engagement and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools.

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
