Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance US Healthcare Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals in various organizations. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining communication with both clients and candidates. The recruiter will also collaborate with the Hirring.com team to ensure a smooth recruiting process and meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting experience
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is preferred
