Senior MLE Consultant

The role requires a senior professional who can guide strategic thinking, design effective monitoring and evaluation structures, and ensure that grants and interventions are aligned with measurable outcomes

Key Responsibilities

- Lead portfolio evaluation of state capacity and public finance initiatives, with a focus on procurement and state management.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to structure and articulate the theory of change across people, finance, and infrastructure dimensions.

- Develop measurement metrics and results frameworks to assess program performance and impact.

- Review active grants and map them against the results framework to ensure alignment with long-term objectives.

- Identify and assess other grants or initiatives that may contribute to achieving desired results.

- Provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen program delivery and outcomes.

- Support assessment and planning discussions with government stakeholders where required.
