Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Recruiter based in India. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for various positions, conducting interviews, and providing comprehensive recruitment services. They will also manage client relationships, develop recruitment strategies, and coordinate with international agencies to ensure successful placements.

Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
Skills in conducting interviews and providing comprehensive recruitment services
Ability to manage client relationships and develop recruitment strategies
Experience coordinating with international agencies for placements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
Prior experience in the immigration or recruitment industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
