Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings and interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and providing regular updates and feedback to clients. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and negotiate job offers to close hiring processes successfully.
