Flexing It has partnered with Our client, World's largest producer of plastic water tanks is looking to engage with a Consultant Talent Acquisition This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to find the best fit for our organisation Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies Source and attract candidates by utilising various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct interviews, both in person and over the phone, to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Assist in developing and implementing effective candidate evaluation tools and techniques Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records are kept throughout the recruitment process Coordinate interview schedules and communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status Participate in job fairs and other networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements Keeping the talent pool ready Primary stakeholders Corporate HR Team Plant Head & BU Leadership team Staff employees External and Internal Communications Team Skills and Experience: 610 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to campus hiring and non-IT roles (Sales, Marketing, etc) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to manage high-volume recruitment with attention to quality and timelines
