Freelance PMO Consultant: Microsoft Project (Client Hire)

Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical client and are looking to engage with a PMO Consultant with Microsoft Project Experience.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Lead the development and implementation of project management processes, procedures, and standards across the organization.

2. Provide guidance and training to project managers and team members on project management best practices, including MS Project.

3. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts using MS Project.

4. Identify and mitigate project risks, develop risk management plans, and track progress.

5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project charters, scope statements, and resource allocation plans.

6. Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.

7. Develop reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.

Skills Required

1. 3+ years of experience in a PMO or project management role with expertise in MS Project.

2. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

4. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills
