Position Summary

We are looking for an exceptional graphic designer with advanced expertise in industry-standard design tools and a proven track record of creating outstanding visual content. This is a freelance, project-based role perfect for a creative professional who thrives on variety and delivers consistent excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing campaigns
• Develop brand identity materials including logos, business cards, and brand guidelines
• Design social media graphics, web banners, and digital advertisements
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to understand client requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
• Present design concepts and incorporate client feedback effectively

Required Skills & Software Proficiency/Essential Design Software

• Adobe Photoshop - Intermediate/Advanced level (photo manipulation, retouching, digital artwork)
• Adobe Illustrator - Intermediate/Advanced level (vector graphics, logo design, illustrations)
• Canva Pro - Expert level (template customization, brand kit management, team collaboration)

Additional Technical Skills: (Optional)

• Adobe InDesign (layout design for print materials)
• Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics and animations)
• Sketch or Figma (UI/UX design capabilities)
• Typography and color theory expertise
• Print production knowledge (bleed, resolution, color profiles)
• Web design principles and responsive design understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities
• Excellent understanding of current design trends and best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Experience working with marketing agencies or advertising firms preferred
• Ability to work across different time zones and communicate virtually
