Freelance Excel/Google Sheets ERP Developer (Textile Manufacturing)

We are JV Textiles, a garment manufacturing company looking to upgrade our Excel-based ERP system to streamline processes like cutting, stitching, sales tracking, and dashboards. We already have a working Excel file; now we want a more structured, scalable system—preferably built in Google Sheets for better team access, with smart dashboards in Excel/Power BI.

Scope of Work:

• Cutting Module: Track cutting lot numbers, styles, quantities, and processing status.
• Stitching Module: Record OK/Not OK outputs with lot tracking.
• Sales Tracker: Capture customer-wise, product-wise outward data, box/dozen-based units.
• Interactive Dashboards: Auto-calculated reports using slicers or filters (Google Sheets + Excel + Power BI if needed).
• Master Data Setup: Sizes, styles, UOM, lot numbers, job work stages.
• Access Control: Password protection or restricted sheet editing.
• File Size Management: Must be optimized for long-term use on Google Sheets.

Skills Required:

• Strong Google Sheets & Excel skills (Power querry, data validation, formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Power BI dashboard building (optional, but preferred)
• Experience with manufacturing or textile ERP
• VBA knowledge is a plus but not mandatory (should work on Google Sheets)

Budget:

₹10000 TO 15000 depending on experience and quality of solution

Timeline:

• Work to begin immediately

• Final files must be shareable in Google Sheets format
