Scope of Work: Cutting Module : Track cutting lot numbers, styles, quantities, and processing status. Stitching Module : Record OK/Not OK outputs with lot tracking. Sales Tracker : Capture customer-wise, product-wise outward data, box/dozen-based units. Interactive Dashboards : Auto-calculated reports using slicers or filters (Google Sheets + Excel + Power BI if needed). Master Data Setup : Sizes, styles, UOM, lot numbers, job work stages.
