Job Description:

We’re hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager to take charge of our online product listings, marketplace growth, inventory coordination, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings on platforms like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and B2B Portals
  • Handle pricing, offers, returns, and order processing
  • Coordinate with packaging and dispatch team for smooth order flow
  • Optimize product visibility using keywords, SEO, and ads
  • Regularly track sales data, returns, and inventory across platforms
  • Develop growth plans for online revenue
  • Resolve escalations and customer complaints in coordination with the operations team
  • Generate weekly reports and insights

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1–3 years in e-commerce management (fashion/hosiery background preferred)
  • Hands-on with listing tools, Excel, Google Sheets, analytics
  • Familiarity with cataloging, keyword optimization, paid ads, and promotions
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)
  • Basic photo editing or Canva knowledge is a bonus

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience with product photography coordination
  • Worked with combo products or pack-wise sales
  • Knowledge of B2B selling platforms like IndiaMart, Udaan, or Shopify

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Experience:

  • e-commerce management: 1 year (Required)
  • Cataloging: 1 year (Required)
