ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver hands-on digital marketing training using real-time tools and platforms. Guide learners through live campaigns, assignments, and case studies. Build job-ready digital marketing skills aligned with industry needs.

Location: Salem, Namakkal

No of positions: 16

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Lead structured, engaging digital marketing training sessions over a three-month program, aligned with defined curriculum standards and learning objectives.

• Deliver concepts clearly using real-world case studies, live demonstrations, and interactive discussions.

Curriculum Implementation

• Follow the approved training plan while adapting content to suit varying students levels.

• Ensure timely completion of modules covering core digital marketing concepts and tools.

Professional Conduct & Discipline

• Maintain high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in all training sessions.

• Serve as a positive role model in communication, work ethics, and classroom discipline.

Assessment & Engagement

• Design and evaluate assignments, activities, and assessments to track students progress.

• Encourage active participation and foster an interactive learning environment.

Reporting & Coordination

• Share basic progress updates and completion status with the coordinating or academic team as required.

• Ensure smooth coordination for uninterrupted training delivery.

What we're looking for:

• Freelance Digital Marketing Trainerfora3-month engagement.
• Educational Qualification: UG and PG qualification (mandatory).The UG degree must have been completed on or before the year 2023.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in any field.
• Bothjunior and senior professionals with strong subject knowledge and training capability are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and student engagement skills.
• Applicants should be residents of Namakkal or Salem district
