Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer to build strong industry connections, create placement opportunities, and guide students in their career journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies, startups, and recruitment agencies to secure placement opportunities.
• Identify industry trends and align placement activities with the current job market demand.
• Organize campus drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.
• Support students with resume preparation, interview readiness, and career counseling.
• Coordinate internship and live project opportunities for students.
• Maintain and track placement records, employer feedback, and student career progress.
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure students meet industry expectations.
• Promote the academy’s talent pool to potential employers.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services (experience in an educational institution is a plus).
• Strong corporate network, especially in IT, digital, and creative industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve placement targets.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward successful careers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
