Role Description

Freelance BI Analyst / Senior Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Attribution Management:

• Lead the enhancement and maintenance of

  Marketing Attribution Dashboards

  (e.g., using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools), ensuring they reflect accurate and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement

  Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)

  models that integrate data across multiple channels, measuring marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Implement

  Multi-Mix Modeling (MMA)

  techniques to assess the impact of various marketing activities on business performance and optimize marketing spend.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and data science teams to develop new

  MTA models

  , ensuring a consistent, data-driven approach to cross-functional attribution.

• Data Management & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Ensure data consistency and integrity by managing large datasets across multiple teams and departments.
• Build a

  centralized source of cross-functional attribution

  , integrating new MTA models into existing dashboards and processes.
• Regularly engage with stakeholders across departments, presenting attribution results and providing insights to help optimize marketing strategies.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Perform detailed analyses of marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and customer behaviors to generate actionable insights and recommend optimizations.
• Use

  advanced data analytics techniques

  (SQL, Python, R) to process large datasets and deliver insights on marketing performance.
• Collaborate with

  Data Science teams

  to develop and refine

  predictive models

  and attribution methods.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Industry certifications such as

  Google Analytics

  Microsoft Certified Data Analyst

  preferred).

• Experience:

  5-8 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields. Strong hands-on experience with

  MTA and MMA

  methodologies and attribution modeling tools.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficient in data analytics tools such as

  SQL

• Experience with

  Marketing Attribution Platforms

• Soft Skills:
