Job Description

Role & responsibilities Be the SPOC for all the partners for franchisee store operations within state Ensure the timely opening of new stores in collaboration with all internal stakeholders. Work with marketing and ensure the design of the store. electrical and fixture layouts are communicated through the planogram with all new partners. Deliver on store wise and overall Sales target (assigned stores) - Volume and Value Ensure timely replenishment of stock (zero stock, min stock norm) and push distribution of brand stock to partner store. Ensuring that each franchise store location meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior, and operating procedures Execute the branding and visual merchandising plans for each store as per the events calendar. Ensure all Franchisee partners and their employees are trained on GRN process and Dos and donts of the POS , product related campaigns. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure compliance of all brand related guidelines and flag off noncompliance w.r.t to both commercial or other SOPs in a timeline manner Preferred candidate profile Franchisee acquisition and development experience Proven ability to understand and manage complex systems. Strong ability to source and analyze data to drive business strategies and decisions. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams. Past experience in stakeholder management (incl leadership) focused job role. Commercial proposal (Terms of Trade ) acumen and good presentation skills.
