We’re Hiring: Franchise Manager | Health & Wellness Industry Location: Mumbai Type: Full-Time Company: One Health Assist Start Date: Immediate Are you a relationship-driven leader passionate about wellness and business growth? Join our team as a Franchise Manager and help scale a purpose-driven brand that's transforming lives through health and wellness. What You’ll Do: Recruit, train, and support franchise partners across regions Ensure franchisee success through performance coaching and operational guidance Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve location performance Maintain brand standards, service quality, and customer experience Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams Travel to franchise locations as needed for in-person support and audits Key Responsibilities: Franchise Development: Identify and recruit new franchise partners aligned with the company’s values and growth strategy. Training & Onboarding: Lead comprehensive onboarding programs and ongoing training to ensure franchisees understand operational standards, wellness services, and product offerings. Performance Management: Monitor franchisee KPIs, provide operational support, and implement action plans to improve performance where necessary. Brand Compliance: Ensure franchisees adhere to brand guidelines, service protocols, and health and wellness best practices. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, fostering strong, supportive, and productive partnerships. Market Expansion: Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to explore and launch new territories. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on franchise performance, trends, and areas for improvement to senior management. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve franchisee concerns and disputes professionally and efficiently.
