About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead the development of a world-class franchise model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales funnel, onboarding new franchisees, and ensuring both the growth and retention of franchise stores. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our franchise network by onboarding 50 new stores per month and driving sustainable revenue growth across the franchise portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Acquisition: Lead Generation & Acquisition: Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy to identify and attract potential franchise owners. Manage the entire acquisition funnel, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Leverage multiple channels (digital, networking, referrals, etc.) to reach potential franchisees. Onboarding New Franchisees: Oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees, ensuring each store is set up for success. Successfully onboard a minimum of 50 new franchise locations per month. Provide training, resources, and support to new franchise owners to ensure a smooth transition into the business. Franchise Retention & Revenue Growth Develop retention strategies to ensure high levels of franchisee satisfaction and long-term success. Implement programs to support each franchise's ongoing growth and profitability, ensuring revenue sustainability. Monitor franchise performance, providing actionable insights and solutions to help franchisees achieve their business goals. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or in managing franchise programs within the food, retail, or logistics industries. (LIC area manager; Airtel/Jio area manager) Leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Graduation degree
