Franchise Sales Executive

You are a skilled and experienced Hardcore Field Franchise Sales Executive being sought to join an energetic and results-driven team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding the franchise network by utilizing your expertise in franchise sales, relationship-building, and market insight. Your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential franchisees within the designated territory. You will conduct outbound calls to potential investors who have shown interest in the franchise opportunities. It will be your responsibility to screen and qualify potential investors based on predefined criteria, communicate the value propositions of various franchise brands, and assist potential franchisees in selecting suitable opportunities. You will sell Franchise Memberships, complete the entire Franchise sales process, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, including collecting a Success Fee from the brand sold. Furthermore, you will represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to identify potential leads and provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to the management. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in hardcore field sales, particularly in selling multi-brand franchise opportunities. An in-depth understanding of the franchise industry, strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets are essential. You must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory, hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred), and fluency in English, Hindi, and any third language is advantageous. Additionally, owning a self-owned 2/4 wheeler is a must for this position.,
