Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida & Lucknow for a Business Development - Franchise Sales position. The individual will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and developing revenue by brand's franchise sales.

Daily tasks include contacting potential franchisees, presenting business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.

The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to improve lead generation tactics and attending industry events to promote the franchise.

We are seeking skilled and experienced Hardcore Field Franchise Sales Executives to join our energetic and results-driven team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network by leveraging their expertise in franchise sales, relationship-building, and market insight.


·  Identify and target potential franchisees within the designated territory.

·  Conduct outbound calls to potential investors who have shown interest in our franchise opportunities.

·  Screen and qualify potential investors based on predefined criteria. Communicate the value propositions of our various franchise brands and assist potential franchisees in selecting the most suitable opportunities.

·  Sell Franchise Memberships & complete the entire Franchise sales process, from initial contact to successful closure & LOI signing & collecting Success Fee from the brand sold, while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·  Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent our company and identify potential leads.

·  Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, lead pipelines, and market feedback to the management.


Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of the franchise industry, its dynamics, and the key factors that drive successful franchise partnerships.
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing sales strategies
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with potential franchisees and attend events
  • Experience in the franchise industry is a plus
  • Own 2 wheeler vehicle is important
  • Languages required: English & Hindi; any 3rd language is a plus
