Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Relationship Manager located in Nashik. The Franchise Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with franchise partners, supporting their operational needs, and driving business growth. Key tasks include overseeing franchise operations, providing guidance to ensure brand standards, addressing franchise inquiries, and developing strategies to maximize franchise performance. The role will also involve organizing regular communication and collaboration to achieve shared business goals.

• Strong relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in franchise operations, business development, and strategy planning
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
• Ability to analyze operational performance and identify growth opportunities
• Organizational and leadership skills to manage partnerships and oversee operational compliance
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, especially in franchising, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site in Nashik and travel as required
