Onboarding Manager


This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role ideal for professionals who thrive in ownership-driven, startup environments.


Key Responsibilties:

  • Market Research & Prospecting

    : Identify and filter potential companies suitable for franchise expansion through market research and outreach.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach

    : Proactively engage business owners via calls, emails, and meetings to pitch our franchise model.
  • Consultative Selling

    : Understand business goals, present tailored franchise solutions, and guide them through the onboarding journey.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure

    : Drive end-to-end discussions, ensuring value alignment and successful onboarding.
  • Handover & Collaboration

    : Work closely with the internal franchise team for a seamless transition post-onboarding.
  • Reporting & Strategy

    : Maintain a strong pipeline, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to the onboarding funnel.

Remuneration:

  1. Salary ranging between 5 lakhs and 10 lakhs per annum
