Franchise Network Manager

Business Development / Franchise Operations
Location: Keraala ( work location - Calicut)
Job Summary:

The Franchise Network Manager is responsible for developing, expanding, and managing the company's franchise network. This role ensures consistent growth, performance, and compliance across all franchise outlets, while providing strategic leadership, operational support, and relationship management to franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development:
  • Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners.
  • Oversee the franchise recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run franchise acquisition campaigns.
  • Franchise Operations & Support:
  • Ensure franchisees comply with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide operational guidance and ongoing support to franchisees.
  • Monitor sales performance and offer strategies to improve profitability.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for franchisees and address their concerns promptly.
  • Training & Development:
  • Organize training programs for new and existing franchisees.
  • Ensure franchise teams are well-versed in the company’s products, systems, and customer service standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Identify market trends and new expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in developing franchise growth strategies based on data and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or similar roles.
  • Proven track record in franchise development and relationship management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
