Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Development: Identify potential franchisees, pitch business opportunities, and onboard new partners.
- Operational Support: Ensure franchisees comply with the company’s operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Training & Guidance: Conduct training programs for franchisees and their teams to maintain consistency and brand quality.
- Revenue Targets: Monitor franchise performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners to foster trust and loyalty.
- Marketing Coordination: Work with marketing teams to roll out localized campaigns and promotions to boost franchise visibility.
- Problem Solving: Act as the point of contact for franchisees to address operational challenges or disputes.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure franchisees adhere to legal agreements, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
