With a commitment to quality and efficiency, MAITYS guarantees fresh produce and quick response times for medical needs, aiming to fulfill service requests within 12 hours.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in West Bengal, India. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing franchise performance. The role involves supporting franchisees, providing training, and assisting with marketing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The Franchise Manager will also be responsible for handling issues promptly and effectively to maintain service quality and operational standards.
