Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager – Personal Care Products, located in Surat. The Franchise Manager will oversee daily franchise operations, support franchised stores in achieving sales targets, implement and monitor marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring franchisees, analyzing sales data, and coordinating product launches and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchise management, business development, and sales
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights
• Experience in the personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
