Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Business Development Executive specializing in franchise development. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential franchise partners. Responsibilities also include managing key accounts, effectively communicating the brand’s vision, and growing the franchise network. The Executive will strategize and collaborate with the team to meet sales and expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue franchise opportunities
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management, with the ability to oversee relationships with franchise partners
• Exceptional Communication skills to present and convey the brand’s vision effectively
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve business objectives
• Previous experience in franchise development or the personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
