Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Franchise Development Manager, located in Hyderabad (South India) with some work-from-home flexibility. The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales and growth. Daily tasks include developing business plans, managing lead generation, property acquisition and executing franchise development strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing training and support to franchisees to ensure successful operations. Fluency in spoken and written Telugu is required to effectively communicate with local partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Skills in Franchise Sales and Franchising
• Experience in Business Planning and Lead Generation
• Ability to conduct and manage Training programs for franchisees
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
